Product Details:

• INCI: Aqua, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate

Equipment Required:

• Syndet bar base
• Suitable heating vessel
• Microwave or heating device
• Stirrer
• Thermometer
• Additives (optional)
• Mould or container
• Soap wire cutter (for slicing)

How To Use:

1. Prepare: Cut the base into smaller pieces for easier melting. Place in a suitable heating vessel.
2. Melt: Heat in a microwave or suitable device, stirring regularly. Begin melting above 50°C, aiming for around 80°C.
3. Create: Once melted, add fragrance, color, and other additives (up to 3%, including 2% fragrance). Mix well.
4. Pour: Pour the mixture into a mould or container at 70-85°C. Allow it to set and harden overnight.
5. Unmould: Remove from the mould and package as needed. Use a soap wire cutter for slicing if required.

Note: Due to glycerin content, the base may sweat. Follow recommended handling guidelines for best results.
