I’ve always had great service and products until this last order. I am very disappointed in their service, no answer to email or pm. The shipping took over the 20 bus. day limit and no one would say otherwise until I asked about a backordered item I did not know about until I received the partial order. The reason the shipping is so bad now is because in Nov (it’s April now) they shut for 2 weeks for sickness…6 months later??? Sorry I will not be purchasing here again even if the prices are the lowest with good quality items.
