Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate Noodles (SCI) is a high-performance surfactant derived from coconut oil. Our SCI needle/noodle shaped surfactant is an anionic foaming agent, known for its high activity that enhances the foaming capabilities and overall effectiveness of cosmetic products. The SCI noodle is a versatile ingredient suitable for foaming bath salts, bath bombs, shampoos, liquid soaps, dishwashing powders, carpet cleaners, and powdered cleansers.

SCI comes in an easy-to-use noodle form that provides a user-friendly solution for a wide range of applications. SCI has a a pH range of 5-6.5 in water, making it an ideal ingredient for hair and skincare products. Its pH level enhances its excellent foaming properties while ensuring it remains gentle and non-drying to both skin and hair.

The products I received were excellent, but I ordered noodles and got powder which was not a big deal. The customer service was not top-notch, on the other hand. I reached out to them, and I sent them a picture of what I received, and I still had to email them back three days later to figure out how this was going to be fixed. I never once got an “I’m sorry this happened” or “Sorry for the inconvenience” or anything along those lines which I think is something that does need to happen when a company messes up on someone’s order. At least that’s how I run my customer service. I have also still not got an answer as to how or when I will get the right product but I did get a return label so I guess once I send the wrong product back, I will hopefully get the right product, but an answer would have been nice with that email. I do not think this incident would stop me from ordering again but if I do, I just hope I do not have to deal with the customer service department again!!

Lovely top quality ingredients that are affordable. It doesn’t get any better than this. It just takes awhile to get your order so be patient and order ahead time before you run out of supplies.
