Can be used in cold process soap and I’m amazed. I used this glow powder to make a glow in the dark moon embed for a mountain themed soap and it really works. It needs to charge under florescent light for a few minutes. I’m getting more of the aqua and the other colors. I’m really impressed with the quality and the price.
