    Shipping rates are calculated by USPS and UPS. We use their APIs to get live quotes on shipping. These are not always 100% accurate, and may need to make changes at times. We also offer free shipping on purchases over $19.99. Bulk items are excluded from this offer.

    We use Stripe for our payments. This means most credit cards work during checkout. If you have any issues with payment, please reach out to us directly and we would be happy to help!

    Shipping can take anywhere between 5-7 days depending on the postal service. Our handling time for processing orders is usually under four days. This means most orders arrive with at our customers door in around 10 days.

    We are located in Virginia. However, we do our best to be available for our customers around the world. Feel free to contact us at anytime, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    After your order is placed, we review it and begin processing it in our warehouse. We carry stock of all of our products and you will be updated throughout the handling and shipping process.
