Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate Noodles (SCI) is a high-performance surfactant derived from coconut oil. The products I received were excellent, but I ordered noodles and got powder which was not a big deal. The customer service was not top-notch, on the other hand. I reached out to them, and I sent them a picture of what I received, and I still had to email them back three days later to figure out how this was going to be fixed. I never once got an “I’m sorry this happened” or “Sorry for the inconvenience” or anything along those lines which I think is something that does need to happen when a company messes up on someone’s order. At least that’s how I run my customer service. I have also still not got an answer as to how or when I will get the right product but I did get a return label so I guess once I send the wrong product back, I will hopefully get the right product, but an answer would have been nice with that email. I do not think this incident would stop me from ordering again but if I do, I just hope I do not have to deal with the customer service department again!!
